The JC & S Ranch was founded in 2018 as an enthusiastic operation dedicated to the advancement of the remarkable locken mutation. Subsequently, Studio Arashi Chilla was established with the aim to modernize the interaction of Hong Kong people and Chinese with the unique species, with the hope to extrapolate the principle to all living creatures.
